STEP ONE
Selecting the Grains
We buy the best quality organic wheat from a local Pennsylvania supplier. Our agricultural county has so much to offer, and we are trying to get the most out of it.
STEP TWO
Grinding the Wheat
After the grains of wheat are selected, the next step is grinding them. Grinding our grains gives us the freshest flour with all the nutrients still intact.
STEP THREE
Baking
In order to provide you with the healthiest, freshest products we bake our products with flour right out of the miller.
