WHY  WHOLE GRAINS

The metaphor of bread and grain is used many times in the Old and New Testament. Jesus taught us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread.” He also said, “I am the bread of life.” Not only is this a picture of the dependence we have upon Him for our very life but it also displays an incredible scientific truth about the physical bread and the grains we eat to sustain our bodies. Freshly milled flour is superior to regular store bought flour because of all the amazing nutrients it provides. When we consume whole grains our bodies thrive and health is improved ------ bread that brings life. We believe that when you change your grains your life can definitely change for the "best".
